I've stayed here a few times and am generally happy with the value and offerings. The late check in was appreciated and the staff is great. This time the pool wasn't available, part of the shower didn't work - nozzle, and one elevator was out of service. The facilities could use some service and upkeep. But the location is a good one, the pet friendliness is appreciated, and overall it was fine.

Mixed feelings

The room was clean and comfortable and had a full kitchen. Shower has a true rainfall shower head with a hand held wand. There are plenty of good sized towels. However, the room is woefully run down. The furniture is nicked and scratched and both faucets in the bathroom sink leaked. The hotel is trying for a more upscale vibe, but the shabbiness of the room dooms the effort.

I slipped and hurt my lower back in the slippery shower floor for room 356. Not sure if it was the residual soap and shampoo on the floor or the plastic floor composition. I told the front desk about this when I checked out. My Coccyx still hurts after 8 hours when I walk.

Nice Hotel

Everything was fine except the desk chair was extremely uncomfortable. Not conducive for working on a laptop computer. Also the breakfast eggs/bacon were not the best.
