I really want to thank Isaac who was very kind to us! We always felt comfortable in approaching him with our needs. He understood our needs and accommodated, accordingly with ease and a smile on his face. God Bless You!! He made fresh coffee and refilled the infused water every evening. Breakfast was okay, as other Elements I have visited had a cook on site. However, the lobby was great and my girl enjoyed the pool.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean and nice to have breakfast included. My kids loved the pool. They seemed quite understaffed. They forgot to clean our room (we were out of the room prior to anyone trying to come by) and still did not happen after we asked for it to be cleaned and for fresh towels (twice). Also, in the evening, we tried to get an extra blanket for our kids, and there was no one answered the phone nor at the desk (according to a woman trying to check in, she couldn’t find anyone for 20 min). Also, despite saying that they have ev charging stations on their website, they do not. Overall, nice place, but notably understaffed.

But for the initial space having a clogged toilet, broken heating vent door, broken TV, and us having to slam the replacement suite door to get it locked-the stay at Element Lexington was good. The entrance to the hotel was easy to miss, especially on a snowy night. The unexpected switch also made us late for an appointment. Plusses too such the swapped room being clean and spacious. Grateful for having reusable dinnerware and the quarters felt more like a studio. Applause to the staff for the stellar breakfast full of healthy options. I would have rated this place more stars but for issues early on.

Overall had a good stay at the Element in Lexington. Room was clean and well equipped. We had a sense that the place is efficiently staffed if not well-loved. Nice daily breakfast with a lot of options including non-dairy milks. For the price point of this property the experience is very good.

We stayed in the second floor of the hotel. The HVAC was not working in the room. There was a hockey team staying in the same and thé morning they decided to play hockey in the Hallway. We tried to call the operator and we kept getting transferred. After the 4th try my girl and I we decided to check out early. One of the room headboard collapsed on us. Clearly I would not recommend à stay

Our 4th stay. Room was nice as usual. We did have a problem getting free WiFi (it kept wanting us to sign up for Marriott membership) and our in-room phone never worked. Breakfast had no gluten free options. But the pool was the normal high temperature, which is the BIGGEST reason we return!

For 2 of the 3 days there were no pancakes, waffles, or French Toast, nor cooked oatmeal (just packets). The yogurt/granola was good though the yogurt ran out and it took a few minutes to replace. The bagels could be better quality/taste. Also mixing up the pastries and available fruit.
