The staff was absolutely amazing. The free breakfast and the free ice cream bars were over the top wonderful. I can honestly say this was one of the very best hotel experiences I have had and I’ve had quite a few.

Everything about this place was amazing. The only thing that I was disappointed was that the pool was out of service at the time of our start outside of that everything else was just absolutely amazing. Great value for the price.

I stayed 4 nights with my spouse. Staff was great. Very easy check in and they offered us water. They were super helpful throughout our stay, giving us a toothbrush. The room was nice. I liked the little sofa area and blackout curtains. Everything seemed really clean, except the lobby trash overflowed a couple of times. I was supposed to get housekeeping on day 2 and they never came. Day 3 i talked to reception to ensure we got housekeeping that day, but again, nothing. We made due, got towels and TP for ourselves. Breakfast was good and well attended. I liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Overall good stay. The location is wonderful, a short walk to several food options, convenience store, and mall across the street. Easy freeway access and easy parking.

The property was ok. The room said online recently renovated not in my eyes. It was good for what I needed but not at $285 for 1 night. The comforters on bed had separated inside the comforter and you can clearly see they need new ones. We had 2 double beds but requested 1 king. My double bed was extremely springy so not such a good sleep. Also 1 elevator was broken staying on 6th floor with 2 small pups we had to wait so that was inconvenience for sure. The parking lot was something else. People just throw there garbage out and leave it right there throughout the parking lot. Glass bottles and sodas bottles throw everywhere. It was really only thing available for Thanksgiving so I am greatlful to have stay here and was able to take the pups.
