We were only here for one night and in the standard room, but the view was beautiful, and the location was so convenient within the seaport and to the airport where we needed to go in the morning. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were fine. Staff was available if needed and did accommodate us but there is a fee for every little thing, 120 for parking is a little high. the walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s no different than staying at a less expensive resort. Otherwise the resort is clean and fine

The location is excellent, very centralized and it has several restaurants and shops around. It was a short Lyft ride to most of the places we wanted to visit. We rented a car for a couple of days only and found parking on the street, but it was a bit challenging. Totally worth it. Very clean and new!

The breakfast was not free. Although, they gave me a $20 per day credit that I was able to use on it making it $60 and not $80. I enjoyed the bar area and bartender. She was great. The front desk staff wasn't the most approachable but they were professional. The hotel in all is very clean and modern. Our king room was the standard hotel size. Clean and cozy. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was sulfate and paraben free, which ai greatly appreciated. What I didn't like was that even after I placed the "do not disturb" plackard on my door, the cleaning lady still came in to make our bed after we walked away for a bit. This seaport hotel is in a great place to stay away from the hussle and bustle of downtown Boston.

The hotel was very clean, updated rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was we found the beds uncomfortable and towels extremely coarse, not pleasant to use after a shower! Otherwise a pleasant experience.
