Charming chalet with unique location on the slopes near shops
We rent a unique chalet by its location that we completely renovated in 2018. It is an old sheepfold dating from 1874 inhabited by "the old lady with hens". We have converted it into two independent apartments of 110 m2 each.

It is located at the bottom of the hiding track, still snow-covered thanks to numerous snow cannons.

You leave and arrive on skis in front of the chalet. Children can descend to the ski school by an easy slope in 30 seconds.

The village of Arc 1600 and its shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot as well as the funicular which allows you to connect Bourg Saint Maurice.

We welcome you personally on your arrival, your luggage and your groceries will be transported by us in a caterpillar. The most tired can also enjoy it.

Magnifique chalet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet se trouve sur les pistes, à deux pas du centre de la station arc 1600. Les propriétaires sont charmants, réactifs et le chalet parfaitement équipé pour recevoir petits et grands. Tout était propre et prêt à notre arrivée. Nous avons même eu le pain frais livré tous les matins ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
