Nice Resort

This is a resort, not a hotel. There is no ice machine anywhere on the property. If you have a 2 bedroom, you have a refrigerator, but if you have one room with 2 beds, you have a mini fridge with no freezer. It was extremely clean! I spilled my water on the floor and the only thing I had handy was the dish rag. When I wiped it up, the rag was completely clean. We were there out of season, so the pool was freezing, even though it was open. The lake was warmer than the pool. The area is beautiful, but far from branson if that is your destination. But you never have to leave the resort. It has everything you need. Waterfront with all the water sports free, pools and slides, hot tubs, food and food trucks.

SO MANY activities to keep you and your family occupied and limiting your need or want to leave the property. The pools, waterslides, hot tubs, art activities, pizzeria and food truck area were just a few of our favorites. There’s also a convenient free shuttle to Silver Dollar City, which is just a few minutes away.

Great stay

Check-in was a smooth process. The staff was extremely polite and family oriented. We stayed in the 2bd Condo and it was perfect. Very quiet, calming atmosphere. The view of the Lake was gorgeous. The only downside was when the Condo above ran water I heard it in the walls and their kids ran around all night long. Plan on coming back soon. As my family and I enjoy the whole property

Overall a good experience. Being located right on the water was a plus. It was pretty clean. The only complaints I would say was the carpet needs replacing badly and the bathtub was peeling so we were afraid to use it. And we didn't have a few little extras that you get used to staying somewhere like shampoo and maybe coffee in the kitchen.
