We come up to Brianhead every 4th of July. This was our fist time renting this condo and we LOVED IT! We thought the layout was perfect and everything was organized well.

This was an updated clean place with all the amenities you need. It wasn’t quite ski in/ski out but it was definitely close enough to walk to the Giant Steps lift. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Brianhead ski trip

The unit was cozy, clean and warm. Great location near Giant Steps lift. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfy and water pressure in the showers was great. Wifi was fast and smart tv access was good.

Awesome family ski trip

This was our first time staying at this condo. The location was great! Easy walk to Giant Steps. The information provided by the host was super helpful and allowed us to have a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even the towels were supet soft and water pressure amazing! We will definelty try to stay here again next year!

Great location

This was our second time staying at the property. It was a little dated, but spacious and clean. My family felt relaxed and comfortable at the property. Had everything we needed. It was close to lifts and sledding. Only complaint is the rocker placement could be a trip hazard if not paying attention.

Conveniently located near the lifts

The condo is on second floor, near the entrance to the stairs. Pictures online reflect the property accurately. I wish there were more bowls and dishes in the cabinets. Three lifts were within walking distance.

Cute spacious condo in a great location. Place was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and I really appreciated that. The surroundings area has a playground, small lake and lots of outdoor activities to do. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Another Wonderful Week at Brian Head and at this Condo

This is our fourth time staying at 2nd Home and we continue to love it. Thanks Frankie for always making it easy for us. The game room has been cleaned and updated and the hot tub is wonderful as always. 29 inches of fresh snow didn't hurt either.

Perfect stay in Brian Head

This property was exactly as described and Frankie and Doug were exceptional hosts. We've been visiting Brian Head since the early 90s and this was easily our best vacation rental. We loved the high quality furniture throughout the unit - the king mattress in particular. Water pressure in the main shower was outstanding. Our friend stayed in the second bedroom and sang the same praises of the queen mattress and second bathroom. Check-out expectations were very reasonable and simple. The proximity to the slopes is incredible. Being one of the closest properties to Giant Steps, we parked our car and didn't use it again until it was time to check-out. The hot tub and game room were an awesome added bonus (not in-unit, but just next door). However, the best part of this rental was definitely the cleanliness. It was apparent the unit was cleaned with care - it was virtually spotless and the bed sheets were freshly laundered. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. For our future trips to Brian Head, this will be our first choice. Thank you Doug and Frankie.

Christmas Getaway

The condo was very cozy and welcoming. It was well equipped and decorated charmingly. We met my son and family there who were staying in his aunt’s condo on the first floor. It was a pleasant surprise that we were staying above them! We enjoyed spending our Christmas there. I did contact Doug when we lost water. It was a problem in the building. He kept me informed on the repair process and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend Brian Head and this condo.

Fantastic Winter Trip

We gad a great stay! The condo was comfy and well equipped. We easily walked a couple of hundred yards to the lifts to ski which was super convenient. All and all we had a great family getaway! Thanks for everything!
