The room was spacious but the mini fridge did not work and there was no microwave! Pool towels ran out quickly and hotel staff needed to be reminded to bring more out. We had a room with 2 queen beds but only 3 towels.

A little warm & in need of some upgrades

Super reasonably priced. Bed was comfy enough. We were on the 6th floor and even though the AC was set to 60, it definitely was NOT 60 in our room. The shower definitely needs an upgrade. Very old & little to no water pressure.

The breakfast included was basic but worth it. The room was very dated and run down looking (some are updated, ours was not) and the carpets + bathroom were a bit dirty. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The property is in a great location next to malls and shopping. The walls have quite a bit of sound transfer. We couldnt hear anyone above us, but for example directly next to us you could hear the conversation through the wall, as well as their baby crying at night which was loud enough to wake all of us up and keep us up until baby went back to bed.

Overall great area and good hotel. The only thing was that bathroom tub was chipping and got caulking build. I wouldn't want to pay $165 to stay and have a bathroom like this next time. Also, one elevator couldn't keep up with demand since the other one was out service.

The restrooms are little outdated but other than that, it's good stay. They have shuttle to and from airport but they don't provide ride to closest Amtrak station or the mall in the back. The breakfast was cold.

After feeling like I was getting bit all night, I kept waking up looking thru everything but didn’t see a BED BUG until the morning when I woke up and it was on my shirt. I have bite marks all on my back. I immediately gathered my belongings and checked out. I showed front desk staff a picture who said the manager would be in touch, but so far no one has contacted me. I stayed in room 703, August 5-6, and left right around 9am, after an actual bug was found crawling on me as I was getting out of the bed. I’m so itchy and grossed out!!!

Rooms on 1st floor, we had requested 2nd floor upgraded suites. Noisy. Carpet did not feel clean! Toilet didn’t work in 2nd room, Handrails were loose, shower curtain rods loose, No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Card reader did not work from pool side!! Had to walk around to main hall! Close access to food & expressway.
