The staff was amazing! We ended up having to stay at the hotel one day rather than going to Niagara because of a snow storm and there’s no place I’d rather be stuck in a storm. The chandelier bar has amazing staff and the steakhouse had the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely a place to stay around the holidays. They go all out with Christmas decorating. Will be staying here again when I return to the area.

The hotel was quite luxurious and the staff were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. The furnishings were modern & comfortable and the entire facility was clean.
