All in all a good experience. Was really hoping for amazing food but nothing I had was memorable. My group enjoyed the mussels and grilled squid but we definitely felt the cook’s slight irritation over us coming back for more. The Al pastor tacos from the taco place were good so it was really disappointing that they were closed three days out of our four day stay. Another thing that the hotel could definitely improve on is adding more nighttime activities. It was raining during our stay and because the pool closed early 7/8pm, our only options for entertainment were the rickety ping pong table, foosball table with missing handles and warped billiards table. We’re not heavy drinkers so without water activities, our evening we’re kind of boring. I would like to highlight that though the food and entertainment were lacking, we did feel like the staff went above and beyond for us; no interaction with any of them was unpleasant.

Beach is small. Dining wasn’t as described on Expedia. Limited dining and most places you had to pay extra for the good food. We could barely use the plunge pool as it was dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned at all during our stay. Not very many activities going on during our stay.

This is an amazing resort with an absolutely amazing staff! Lifeguards Carmen and Johnny went above and beyond finding my lost sunglasses in the ocean! Amazing people! Fernanda always goes above and beyond! Katia and front desk staff as well!!

Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas, especialmente para nuestro bebé de 1 año. Las instalaciones son perfectas para familias con bebés y niños: hay una ludoteca nueva, moderna y muy bien cuidada. Todo el personal es sumamente amable y auténtico, crean verdaderas conexiones; nos hicieron sentir en familia. Quiero destacar especialmente a los meseros del restaurante mexicano y del buffet, quienes fueron increíblemente atentos con las necesidades culinarias de nuestro bebé, incluso preparándole papillas especiales. La comida en general me encantó — y eso que soy muy exigente con la alimentación saludable. Siempre hay un chef dispuesto a prepararte algo fresco y a la parrilla. La habitación era amplia, limpia y moderna, con una linda vista parcial al mar. Además, el hotel es relativamente pequeño, lo que hace que todo quede cerca y sea muy cómodo desplazarse. Una experiencia maravillosa, sin duda volveríamos.
