Service was disappointing. Nothing like the resorts we have visited in the past. Almost seemed as if they were racists. Very disappointed. We were only allowed to book at two restaurants in our entire 5 night booking which was a shock. Will never come back to this resort.

The shower plumbing wasn’t great I made a report about it. Days before checking out. The food was fresh but not many options. And we had two bookings for dining we could have used but they places were booked the whole stay

Room service was not included. The buffet would be closed from 4-6pm. The restaurants had okay food. Aside from Marco Polo restaurant, the other meals at the other restaurant was just okay. Ketchup was watered down and so was the nacho cheese. I insisted on changing my last name to per my id and the front desk wouldn’t let me change it. The room and nights were fully paid for yet, I was called Mr. And Mrs. Baker (ex husbands name) the entire trip. IT WAS TERRIBLE.

The Expedia VIP rooms in previos years for this place it was a partial ocean view it was fine for as but not this time, no more partial ocean view it was depressing and also they're cutting down so many amenities like the coffee shop hrs. they close soo early, no more free room service yuo have to pay for that, they just to open the second restaurant for breakfast in the morning not anymore, the Food Quality is not the same and they removed a few good dishes and fruit as well and if you like to spend the nights by the beach not anymore they put gates and they closed the gates at some point at night. The CEO. For this place it's looking out for he's own interest only not for the tourist best interest. No I do not recommend this place anymore.
