The staff was courteous. It is in a great location. The room is very old. Bathroom shower drain did not work very well. The mattress sinks when you lay in it. I can hear the guests next door as the walls are very thin and they coughed all night long.

The wifi at this hotel is terrible, and the TV does not connect to streaming services or regular TV channels. The staff did nothing to help with the TV not working. There seems to be a huge IT issue that they aren't aware of. The room had no towels.

Right off the bat I did not recieve the room I booked. The room was dirty. No wifi, and only one staff member would take his time to take and try to help. Otherwise, the staff was short and could not bothered.

Excellent staff, great location 👍 Pool is fantastic and it is right across from the beach. I don't understand why people are complaining so much as you don't go on vacation to sit in your room 🙄

I would never recommend this property. The room was terrible, staff were extremely rude. I had to ask for a shower curtain, the shower didn't drain. The TV didn't work. I don't himk.the room eas cleaned iin weeks. I guess if you like poor service, this is the place for you.

Walking distance to ferry. The shower was warm and the water pressure was great. There is a water dispenser in the lobby to fill a reusable water bottle. The pool was nice and they supplied towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. It’s not luxurious but nice, clean and an excellent beautiful location. I had never seen a room key like they had and I had a bit of trouble trying to figure it out. You might want to ask the front desk to show you when you check in.

Everything was okay! Thought there was breakfast included, but guess I read it wrong. Also the bed sheets had stains the first night we came, and at one point on our trip they put dirty sheets on again with clearly a bunch of red marks - would’ve been better if they had just made sure it was changed properly. Other than that staff were really sweet and location was great. A bit hard to find but we found it!
