We enjoyed our stay at hotel Nílu. The room was clean and had a frig and coffee maker. The front desk employees were great and helped us with Uber and suggestions for activities in the neighborhood.

Staff is friendly and good, room is so so, hot water is not sufficient, it was room temperature water indeed. Lacking of basic facility like hair dryer but you can borrow it fm the front desk with an ID.

Don't stay here! It's basically a hostel even if you get the private room and bath. We were in the room for less than 5 mins and noticed 10+ mosquitoes everywhere. The sheets had stains on them. The room also had a moldy smell. We left imm immediately and didn't stay the night we came back the next day to speak to the manager who agreed to give us a partial refund of half of the $300 that we spent however, later we found out that we only got a $67 refund, which is not what she agreed upon. Just spend a little more and stay somewhere better!

The property is placed in a very cute location around the lagoon. Standard rooms need to be more equipped with basic materials like chairs and chest for storage. The faucets in the bathroom need update some we're rusted andcquet outdated.

It was a pain trying to get ti this place. The address they have brings you somewhere else that’s close, but not to the actual hotel.. which is a pain if you’re walking from the bus stop. Also, the phone number they have doesn’t work and immediately hangs up on you, so there is no real number for you to reach the reception if need be… also, the toilet paper is really thin and located in an awkward position when trying to get it when using the bathroom :/ Also, the wifi wasn’t working which was annoying when wanting to relax and watch a movie. Overall, I would NOT stay here again or recommend anyone else to. To many cons and not enough pros.

This Selina Cancun Hotel Zona Hotelera always makes for a great stay! There little café serves great coffee and healthy food. The pool and bar are cozy right next to the lagoon. And the iguanas are lovely to watch! The staff is also very kind and helpful!

This was a fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with 4 friends, so we booked the room with 6-beds, and it was great! We had a private bathroom, but there were also 2 full bathrooms on the bottom floor next to the change rooms (for those hanging by the pool), so we were all able to shower and do our business without having to wait for the en suite bathroom 👌👌 There are tons of restaurants in the area, and an Oxxo nearby if you want to grab some drinks & snacks. There is also an awesome theatre where you can hang out during a rainy day! (Remember to log out and clear the laptop’s browser settings/cookies when you’re done) Don’t forget to check the complimentary snacks table in the lobby 🤗🤗 I will definitely be returning with friends again!!
