Mold everywhere. Poorly maintained, mold coming throughout the room , through the paint. We got sick and had to go to the doctor and had to leave early to find another hotel.

I stayed for four days with my wife and 16-month-old baby in a pool villa. When I checked in, the pool wasn't ready to use as it was filthy. The ashtray wasn't emptied. This villa is old and the furniture is worn out. If you really wish to stay in a pool villa, please check the review and choose the right one even though it costs more. If the pool is dirty, no reason to stay in a villa, better stay in a resort.

The main entrance to your room is 2 large glass doors that open directly into the bedroom. So you sleep just meters away from other guests walking past your room. The only privacy you get is from the sheer and blackout curtains. This could be an issue for some - it was for me, as the disturbances were enough to prevent me from getting solid rest. The noise of nearby traffic is pretty low which is good. However, there's a regular supply of loud exhaust systems trashing it past the place at all hours including throughout the night. Another annoying thing that interrupts good rest. The property's water pressure 'pulses' between low and high pressure. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The staff are friendly but their English skills aren't great. There's no fridge in your room. But, there's a communal kitchenette that has a fridge if that's something you're willing to share with the other guests. All things considered, including the good price at the time of my booking, it's a decent place to stay if you just need a place to get some sleep.

Worst place ever!

We arrived at midnight at this place. We had booked a twin bed villa but got double bed room. The room was worn down, the sheets on the bed were dirty, the towels had blood and other stains on them. The bathroom was not even close to the pictures and inside there were no soap or anything as it had been promised on the site. The room it self were full of ants and other insects. The staff were friendly but that wasnt enough. We left this place as fast as we just could..

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt in Canggu

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nett. Sie haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Über das Hotel haben wir uns Roller gemietet, was sehr vorteilhaft ist, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Zum Hotel selbst ist zu sagen, dass es sehr ordentlich, sauber und schön ist. Der Pool ist angenehm cool und groß. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely place

Lovely place! Very helpful and lovely staff, good breakfast, peaceful location. You need a motorbike to get to the beach in Canggu, but absolutely worth everything. Would defenetly recommend the place, which was a bit like staying at somebody's home.
