Good and bad

First the deadbolt would pop-out every time you would open the door from the inside, spoke with front desk about it and they said it happens all the time. Second the air conditioner will go down to 68 degrees, that is fairly warm and uncomfortable sleeping temperature for myself, no one on the property can do anything to it even the maintenance man. Third I had to go down every morning and ask for new towels and wash clothes, that we’re supposed to be delivered to my room, but for some reason every night I had to go back down and ask for them again…Fourth the shower was very nice but the door doesn’t close all the way and it leaks water all over the bathroom floor

Stayed 4 days at $300 a night and not once did i get fresh towels. I had tongonto the poop for feesh towels. Room service took hour and a half to bring cold food. Very dissapointed

Never use tram services to port. We were replaced on our shuttle though the shuttle left after we were supposed to head back to airport. He stated they had 2 of the 4 spots to go back. He would take our friends back but already excepted 2 others to replace us. We deserve half our money back for services not rendered! Never again!
