Super breakfast, good variety of food. The staff were great, they went out of their way to serve us. Always smiling and happy. The rooms were ok, the carpets looked a bit tired, but overall it was a lovely room. Ideal location for V&A waterfront. Great little pool area which is quite sheltered and not too shaded. Room had a mountain view. It was quiet at night and bed very comfortable. Limited choices in the restaurant but reasonably priced. It is all card payment only but tips in currency. Staff friendly. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with the occasional shortbread biscuit.

The room was clean although a little dated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The biggest disappointment was breakfast, we were served ice cold coffee despite being the first people there, the pastries were stale and the omelette was disappointing too. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay as we didn’t want to start our day off like that.
