Nice enough for a basic one night stopover. They've done well creating a pretty private outdoor seating area with plant pots in an otherwise unattractive backyard area. Inside is adequate space for one person; a little cramped for two.

Standard tourist hotel. It is the staff that made our stay excellent - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and locally produced jams. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the castle and about 2.5 km from the city centre. For those with electric vehicles, there is a fast public EV charger less than 1 km from the hotel on an adjacent BMW forecourt. Would certainly recommend this hotel for friends and family looking for a stay in Carcassonne.

Basic hotel and value for money. Easy parking but no lift / elevator, only stairs. Friendly helpful receptionist who provided maps of Carcassone. Had kettle in room which was appreciated and unusual in a French hotel. Clean room and comfortable but with basic decor.

Clean hotel on one level with big rooms with kettle and good bathroom with hairdryer. We had a small patio too. Late check in till 10pm, must vacate by 11am. McDonald’s across the road and Buffalo grill 3 minutes walk up the road - take a torch. Reception very helpful. Car park outside with locked gates.

Siamo arrivati di pomeriggio alle 13:30 prima dell’orario stabilito per il check-in alle 15. La signora alla reception ci ha accolti gentilmente e si sono subito adoperati per preparare la nostra stanza. La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali ma pulite e comode. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in 5 minuti in macchina il castello.

Super séjour !!!

Très bon séjour, un hôtel simple et très propre. Les 3 personnes de l’accueil ont été tout simplement plus adorables les unes que les autres, et le petit dej complet et excellent, plein de local et de fait maison. Le lit était très confortable et contrairement à beaucoup de chambres d’hôtels plus chers que j’ai fait dans les environs, on peut se déplacer autour ! J’avais demandé une baignoire pour ma fille de 3 ans, elle était là. En plus le parking est vraiment au pied de l’hôtel et est gratuit et sécurisé, et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement : 2 points qu’on ne trouve vraiment pas partout. On a vraiment trouvé zéro point négatif ! 5 min de la cité en voiture, restaus et boulangeries juste à côté.
