Great Hotel for family travel or work needing longer stay with the convenience of kitchen, family room and bedroom. Remotes didn't work in all rooms and if your not on the top floor, it sounds like a playground above you with constant running and moving furniture. Ceiling is paper-thin. Hotel Concierges should put ALL families with small children on floors 1 and 2 ONLY anything higher results in non-stop noise! Other than that, this Hotel is awesome for location, size and somewhat updated amenities.

Horrible customer service

First impressions are everything and when I entered the hotel I felt like I was bothering the person to do their job. We were not greeted, we were not given a response after saying thank you. I searched for a hotel with free parking and when I arrived I was told I had to pay for parking. I had to ask for the price of water before being given a "welcome" bag with 2 bottles of water. Once again I said thank you and no reply. The pictures of the room on the website were beautiful, unfortunately the room was not, the dishwasher had better days, the cabinets had seen better days. The cleaners should be written up or given bleach for the mildew in the shower. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Kayla was trying to make it right but unfortunately she was off when I was available.

Please note that there is no hot tub, although this is specified in several descriptions of the hotel. Additionally, the buffet breakfast is disappointing - food was not kept warm, and seemed to be lacking in selection. For example, on a Saturday morning, the waffle machine was not available, although had been set up previously for Thursday & Friday. Finally, a staff member at Check In was very unengaged, and made me feel that I was encroaching on their time. Perhaps having a bad day, but it was very obvious that they were not interested in being customer-friendly.
