Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Really good quality food better than all the restaurants in the adjacent SM mall. I specifically like to thank two people who work for this hotel; first is the room operation manager Ms. Riza Serafin and the lobby lounge attendant; Miss Jamaica who did their best to make my stay a very memorable one. Both of these folks must be promoted. They are assets for the hotel and should be rewarded for their outstanding service to the brand of Radisson Blu. Keep up the great work.

Very nice Hotel ... but dont stay too long ... pillows are terrible, completely squishy and useless ... pool is only 4ft deep impossible to swim ... So if you like floating in the pool only and dealing with neck and back pain due to the subpar pillows ... this is the place for you !!! However ... the staff is friendly and helpful and the Hotel is beautiful for things like weddings and such ... just not so great for extended stay !!!

Amazing customer service and beautiful property. The location was very convenient. However, when I arrived to my room some amenities were missing/not stocked and the safety box was not working. Also, we put the no cleaning sign on the door but noticed someone still came into the room to clean the bathroom and take out the trash.
