Check in and out was fine. However it really needs some work. Holes in the doors, lamps not working, outlets not working, homeless guy sleeping under the stairs, door locks almost coming off. Walls were dirty with stains. Bathrooms with mold and mildew. Not many amenities (no hair dryer, soap shampoo etc) it was bare bones. At least the AC worked.

This place was so bad we couldn’t stay there!!! There was an electrical outlet by the bed wouldn’t hold a plug there was evidence of electrical damage to all the outlets. We needed electricity for a c-pap machine and when we called the office they sent a 50 foot extension cord which wouldn’t solve the safety issues. It smelled like a musty basement, bedding was bad. We had to find another place to stay and luckily there was a Hilton Home 2 Home across the street with availability. We took photos of the issue and will dispute the charges.

Yes its pet friendly. Theres absolutely no way could justify not letting animals into that roach infested shack! My dog would ju.p up and down all night over and over so i got curiosso i pretend like i was asleep and what she was doing was jumping down to kill roaches everytime she seen one...

My stay wasn’t great I have a picture of a roach I went to get food and roaches was on my bed in the bathroom I had to buy roach spray it’s loud over here with the people I had a kid with me I didn’t even want them to go outside
