The first room they put me in the smoke detector was constantly beeping and the room was in terrible shape (broken floor tiles, tv didn't work, door lock didn't work well). They moved me to a new room which was slightly better but the door lock still didn't work well. The room was dirty especially under the TV. I noticed multiple roaches as well.

Very Loud music being blasted from a car in the parking lot for over an hour on Friday and Saturday morning. This hotel needs a security guard.

Parking available. Property unclean outdoors, lots of trash. Shower and under bed not clean. Asked for broom, mop, and linens 4 times after 1st night, speaking twice to front desk, and 4 times personally to the house keeper on duty who said she'd bring me linens, broom and mop to clean room. Never got any of it.

Myra....one of the staff members...goes above and beyond in her position. The service I received from her made me think I was the only customer there. She is definitely an asset to the West Ashley Inn.
