Pros - the staff were pleasant, there were no bugs, the sheets were clean, the AC worked. Cons - the room was dirty - the walls, the fridge, the counter, etc. I don’t mind old and simple but this was worn and not maintained. I would definitely not stay there again.

Just horrible. The single most appalling aspect was the blood. Discovering bloodstains and other brownish stains on my bed sheets upon arrival was utterly disgusting. It honestly made the bed look like someone had just had sex in it and then it was made right back up. When I informed the front desk about this horrific discovery, there was no offer of a new room or any other accommodations whatsoever, which is frankly unacceptable. Beyond the shocking state of the bedding, the room itself was a nightmare. I found roaches and spillage and trash on the floor, and the refrigerator stopped working. Even though I hadn't planned on using it, seeing the pool in such a disgusting state in the middle of June was truly bizarre and a clear sign of the overall lack of cleanliness. I would strongly advise against staying here.

If you have no other choice

Keycard worked less than a quarter of the time. Few lights worked. Never reached front desk by phone. Bathtub took some Jerry rigging.

I didn’t even go in we booked last minutes and we got there couldn’t find the place it is hidden which isn’t. Bad think pulled in cops were on stand by the pool was green so we moved on just took a loss

Worst place I've ever stayed in. Room was disgusting. Infested with roaches, floors and sheets were gross, fruit flies hovering, lamp broken, wifi slow, AC loud, no fridge or microwave, etc. The front desk (when they actually showed up) didn't seem to have any actual care for the customers experience. Too bad so sad attitude. Not just for me, but observed the same for another when checking in. Never have I been so thankful for morning to arrive so I could get out of there. A nice reminder of how terrible some places can be and the importance of selecting accommodation carefully.

As we checked in, the front door was locked. 20 minutes later the front counter person showed up with Target bag in hand. Another customer and the front desk person got into an argument about her whereabouts. On another note, the grounds were a mess, the second floor looked like it was falling, the pool was green, the sheets had cigarette burn holes, floor was sticky, I was speechless.

This is a great 2.5 star property. I will stay here again. It's clean, etc. But don't expect bells and whistles. I would have liked 4 pillows instead of 2. But I will live!
