The room was good but felt like the ac unit didn't work properly. Also the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast was the worst part. No organization and had people standing around waiting for food to come out.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. I arrived early and had to work. Sidney went above and beyond and hit my a room ahead of check in time. So nice. I’m not done! A stink bug flew into my room. Phobia! Called reception and Vince heard the panic in my voice and came up to kill the damn thing. Again above and beyond. Just lovely. The place was super clean and comfortable. Liked the area too. There was a Target, a bunch of restaurants like Olive Garden, ChilIies, etc. I would definitely stay here again. And recommend it

Weekend at the races

We love staying at Hilton Hotels. The staff are always so friendly and the hotels are always so clean. The rooms are always so comfortable and clean. We were in Charlotte for the race and there was always sufficient parking when we came in every evening. A great place to lay your head after a long day at the race track. I would give these hotels an A+ every time.

Home 2 never disappoint me at all. This is the only hotel I'll go to. Only thing is the bed needs to be replaced it was kinda hard that's it. Other than that everything was great.
