The elevator did not work. The pool was out of service. There was no ac in the hallways or lobby. The stairs had a fouled order, smell like piss. The hotel looked like no one care for it. My room sink was coming apart.

This Property is under a management transition no care for current customers. Due to lack of basic amenities such as towels. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel instead. Because who can shower without a towel.

Our bedroom was very clean. Good size room and en-suite. Beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly good breakfast. All the public areas were very poor standard. Very dirty carpets. General neglected look. We were EXTREMELY disappointed having a pool outside that we could not use. They said it was closed because of a delayed inspection from some government agency. I’m not entirely sure if that was the case because it had already been closed for “a long time” and we stayed 6 days and there was no sign of any progress. Cheap accommodation so I suppose we can’t complain too much.

No air conditioner in the lobby. Swimming pool not working. Only 1 elevator is working. Room keys has to be reset every day. Walk stays is thirty and smells. We will not go back to this hotel.

Only stayed here for a night but it was nice. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty clean. I did not expect it to be up to par but it exceeded my expectations!

Given a room for patrons with pets, not requested. Room smelled of pet urine, unable to sleep due to the foul odor. Denied a change of room. Given explanation of why room smelled. To make matters worse bed bugs were noted on the bed spread. When killed they were full of blood. Probably fed on us. Got up and left at 3:30 am, could not stand it any more. Reported the incidence to the clerk. What is happening that such poor standards of customer service is now provided. I feel I should get my money reimbursed.

Filthy. Carpet was disgusting. 3 of the buttons in the elevator didn't work. Someone had peed in the elevator. Roaches. Internet didn't work. Would have left except my 6 yo granddaughter was exhausted. 3rd smelled like weed

Staff was very nice when we checked in. Our A/C unit didn't work so we were able to switch to another room. Room was clean but carpet in the hallway needs updating. Breakfast was good.

If a person is on a real tight budget and not staying long, this hotel might be okay. Even then, spend a couple extra bucks and go somewhere else. It's a dirty hotel that is in desperate need of an upgrade. Don't believe the three star rating, if it's a two star, that would be pushing it. At one time it looks to have been a nice place, but more in the '80s. Breakfast was laughable. Again, okay if you're on a budget, but even then it's a little over priced.
