It was not all bad. The beds and pillows were really comfy. The shower was great too.The room itself was good but the tv was quite under sized and the bathroom had no vanity. If 3 toothbrushes were placed beside the sink, one would inevitably fall when we turned off the light. The pool was great. My daughter and grand daughter enjoyed it for a few days. The last 2 days of our trip things took a turn. The hotel was over run day and night with a hockey tournament. Kids in the pool with no supervision. There was no parking those last 2 days either. People were parking at a nearby mall and walking through the back lot. My last issue - breakfast was delicious but it was the same breakfast every day. We were there for a week and I ate the same thing every day. The first day or two there were pastries but we never got them again. Fruit was limited to apples. I have a banana every day and ended up buying them at a local grocery store. We bought grapes as well but our fridge froze them. If you are staying a day or two, it's not an issue. But I skipped breakfast the morning we left, I just could not face eating the same thing again.

I was impressed from the moment we walked into the hotel. The concierge was so welcoming and sincere. The decor is upscale and beautiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. In addition to the hot selection of items included in the continental breakfast there is fresh muffins.Tea and coffee are available free anytime. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is on the smaller side, which I appreciated. The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was a nice size, and very clean! The air conditioner worked great, keeping the room comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a lovely addition as well. The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessed. We only stayed one night, accessing the pool which was clean, and quite warm! We will certainly stay here again!

I used this hotel when I travelled with my work for 15 years. Always a great place to kick up the feet, eat and sleep. My room was beside the elevator and never heard anything.
