Untrustworthy.

When we got there we didn’t get a greeting instead we got a wait I need to get you help the reception was in the back. Everything else was ok but my sister forgot her ring there and we called the hotel and they said there’s no supervisor that can help us. They informed us to called back the next day which we did and the supervisor said that it’s not in the lost and found. They never asked the cleaning person if they found it or not they just told us to file a police report and that’s that. Overall I wish they could have a better way to handle the situation. Like check to see who had clean the room and asked them because we knew exactly where we had leave it just that we forgot to take it with us.

We enjoyed the Holiday Inn express. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with lots of good pillows. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Everything was fine.

I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was great, our room was very nice and overall the hotel had a clean, tidy feeling. The breakfast was outstanding (I wish I could have taken some to the hotel we stayed at the next night - it sucked) and overall it was a great experience. Additionally, we tried Zesty's Pizza which was less than a half mile away and it was excellent (shout out to Zesty's).
