The room wasn’t vacuumed. Our door handle was broken. They don’t have a darkening shade like most hotels do which kinda sucked. It was quiet, quick & easy check in.

Yes, however I entered the room and the coffee maker was broken . The Indian night staff lady is rude and not very helpful. The only good thing about he property was he day guy Arthur he was respectful professional and gentle. Additionally,the maintenance guy he was a light skin black man he was friendly real and professional. My history is in hospitality as a former Best Western Plus Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer for Marriott.

The room had a strange , musty smell. There was a lot of traffic noise in my room..(third floor street side). The sink had various hairs left in it. The shower was nice.. plenty of hot water. The bath towels were thin and almost non absorbnet. The staff were very frendly and accommodating. There were no dining facilitates in the area. The staff was the best attribute of this hotel.
