It was great spending my Birthday/Easter weekend at Eaglewood. I loved the hot tub/pool and the fitness gym! The front desk staff was super nice. I really enjoyed the Easter Brunch buffet. Eddie, the bartender was such a sweetie pie. He made us feel so welcomed and every time he seen me, he called me the Birthday Girl! We will definitely be back to Eaglewood to relax and visit Eddie. Thank you!

Quality Time with Grandson

The stay at Eaglewood resort was very nice. It was a little inconvenient that the pool is in a separate building from the rooms, but if you go when the weather is decent, it’s not that big of a deal. I brought my grandson there to enjoy quality time together, and he loved the pool and we both also loved the bowling alley!

Bait and switch

I ordered the room to be golf view king, which said refrigerator and microwave upon request, and unlimited bottled water. I tried 3 times calling them prior to the stay to request these, but had to at check in. They charged 15 per night for the microwave, I was give a room right next to the parking lot, with a pool building view, and 2 bottles of water, and none in the refrigerator. I ordered food delivery to be delivered to the room, for some reason the driver dropped it at the front dest, and the front desk never contacted me to let me know it was there. They have really dropped the ball since the last time I stayed there.
