They didn't have basic supplies in the room such as disposable cups, cutlery, or even wash cloths. We requested these at the front desl and we were told they didn't have any either. How does a hotel with a restaurant and bar not have cutlery? The room and building were both extremely worn down. There were stains on the carpets and walls, as well as peeling paint. In addition, one of the elevators didnt work at all, and the other was broken and would stop at every floor every time, regardless of if the button was pushed. It was unclear if breakfast is served. There is a $20 breakfast buffet.

Entire hotel was dirty. The ppol was very nasty. Only 3 towels total in room. No vending machines. No water except the restaurant. Worst hotel stay I've ever had.

It was an average stay at the hotel while in Chicago. Carpets were dirty, and walls need a scrubbing. No cups, coffee pot, fridge or microwave in room. But it was okay for just somewhere decent to sleep while in the city.

There was a dirty wash cloth up on my shower curtain, rooms look way nicer in the pictures! My sink spout had a hole in it so when I washed my hands all my toiletries got wet because it sprayed out the side all over my stuff🙄
