Very limited first come first serve parking onsite. I had to find a public lot nearby and walk back and forth to the hotel. Nice hotel but parking was an inconvenience.

Hotel was pretty clean and cozy. The tv channel options weren’t great and the streaming did not work. Breakfast was convenient and overall I felt safe staying here.

I always forget the name but the young lady who checked me in was very informational and polite. The property itself was very clean. You could smell they cleaned the room with actual cleaner. When i visit the west loop area again i know where to go! Hyatt house!
