The only thing that was disappointing was I booked through Expedia and Expedia did not mention any hotel deposits had to be made so when I got to the hotel my room was already paid for then the lady the clerk says there will be a $250 deposit refundable deposit it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time so I could’ve prepared myself better so if you booking through Expedia like I did it did not give me any information about hotels deposits, and I think that was very unexpected

Check in was quick and easy. The housekeeping refilled shampoo with conditioner instead of shampoo. Ugh. Breakfast….no gluten free options except Cheerios. When I called prior to booking this hotel I asked if there was options. I was told yes, eggs, yogurt, meat, and fruit. Only option we had was Cheerios. Found out they change breakfast daily, but still nothing for gluten free. This is why I booked here was because we were told we had options. We had to go out for breakfast and pay for it vs eating at the hotel. Inconvenient for sure.
