Stayed here for my son’s U.S. Navy boot camp graduation. Conveniently located in comparison to base, supermarket, restaurants, bowling alet and NEX. My son wanted “home cooked” meals, so the efficiency allowed me to do that. However, their kitchen can use some upgrades and lacks sufficient utensils and cookware. (I made it work— made stovetop chicken parm and spaghetti; shrimp scampi w/ rice and fettuccine. This was a challenge on a double flat cooktop, but i succeeded!) If you are considering staying here for the same reason and want to cook, maybe consider renting a home.
