Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again.

Happy to stay here again!

Nice hotel, room is clean, comfortable, very very generous with mirrors in the room, so convenient to check ourselves or for make up. Good location with traditional shops and nice shopping malls nearby, and Jiangfenbei and metro station. And apparently the location of hotel turns out quiet at night as I had a good night sleep. Highly recommended to stay here.

Service staffs, concierge Bert Zhu was very helpful and thoughtful, arrange local tour and shared lots of useful tips. Restaurant staff Adrian Pang was careful on utensils cleanliness and ensuring customer got the best value from buffet. As we are not able to eat seafood.

We stayed 5 nights in 2 rooms. The receptionist upgraded my room to 34th floor which has a nice view of Chongqing. All the staff in this hotel are friendly. Especially the young man in front who opened our taxi door always tried conversation in English and smiling all the time. The room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is great, very close to pedestrian street which has a lot of foods and fruits. The hotel is close to all tourist attractions. Even to Hong ya dong you can walked about 20/30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Chongqing.

Had a fantastic 3 nights stay at Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing. The room was clean and well stocked with basic amenities to make my stay very comfortable. The staff are also very attentive and were able to assist with resolving any queries I had. This hotel is also exceptionally well located within walking distance of hot shopping, dining and sightseeing spots.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. We arrived well before the check-in time, and the front desk staff apologized repeatedly for our rooms not being ready yet, offering us an unexpected room upgrade as a "compensation." In reality, we were early, and they were not at all late, which made the gesture even more impressive. From the doorman and bellboy to the front desk staff and housekeeping, everyone was polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options, from Asian to Western styles, ensuring that there was something to please every guest.

Best location, steps away from subway, walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was just average . Staff very helpful and polite, housekeeping crew were very hospitable too! Good size room and bathroom. Only issue was room too hot even with the aircon turned to the lowest, we had to open the windows Would stay here again and recommend to my friends
