It’s a convenient off-of-downtown hotel that is cheap and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issues we had with the property is it’s location is right next to the freeway and the building is older so you hear everything from the freeway next to you. And when you’re there for football like we were, that noise can go ALL NIGHT LONG. It’s also a little bit away from any food or drinks. We are young so we don’t mind walking 20-30 minutes but I know that others ride shared into and out of downtown and that can add up on vacation

It was a short stay. We did not eat the free breakfast due to our own plans for brunch. Check in was seamless and the staff were friendly. We weren’t aware of a $100 due at check in. We paid that in cash and received that back at checkout.

I didn't eat the breakfast. Stayed out too late and slept in the next morning. The rooms need updating. Bathroom was updated. The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken.The pool was outside and not useful. They need to update the pool. It was like a 20 minute walk to the Bengals stadium.

There’s no smoking in rooms but yet our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even after the sprayed it still smelled. Someone was smoking and the smell came in our room. Key card for room had to get reprogrammed 3 times. Rooms and outside was way outdated. Looked very ran down. Never again!

I was staying at this hotel one night to go to the Cincinnati Bengal game to see my Hometown Detroit Lions. And that is the only positive thing. I could say about this hotel. Is that the location to go to the downtown area? And the stadium was great, but besides that, this hotel is horrible poor staff. Ice machines on floors that are broken dirty room. Old furniture ,do not stay here. They need to remove the pictures off the website because it's very deceiving.

The staff was very, very nice and professional and our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would advise is that it’s in a secluded area and not walkable to downtown attractions. Was in a sketchy part of town.

It was a dump. When the check in desk was behind plexiglass, that was a dead giveaway! It had a stench of bleach. The ice machine was broken. The elevator needed a makeover. Definitely didn’t resemble the image on the website. Never will return.

One Night Business Stay

The outside could use a bit of a powerwash - especially in the garage, but maybe that's just me. Rooms were actually very nice and the lobby was also okay. Bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a um.. skid mark on the bottom underneath my toilet? The place looked clean but that made me feel.. dirty. Probably wouldn't stay here for any longer than one night, but $100 incidental for that was kinda bogus.
