The hotel itself is actually nice. The rooms are clean and stocked. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. Dont get there late on a monday as its pretty boring downtown. Heard some gunshots and the swat in full gear at the fountain threw me off a little.

I liked the spacious rooms and walk in showers. Also, having a full refrigerator and microwave. The only thing I did not like was the parking. We ended up paying for valet service.

Very noisy property. Lobby was very loud after 11pm due to what was reported to be a wedding party on site. Additionally, the noise level flowing thru the widows in the unit was unacceptable. We were constantly being awoken by cars revving their engines up and down the street outside of our room. We checked out at 3am to go somewhere quieter. Would not recommend!

Absolutely beautiful room and hotel overall. Staff awesome. The noise at night was crazy! People yelling at bar next door. Tires squealing. Sounded like street racing going on. If the outside noise could be cancelled out this place would be all 10’s.

This was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed at. Even with extreme white noise, we probably got a total of 6 hours of sleep over 2 nights. It was ridiculous the amount of vehicle noise. Although the location was convenient, I would not recommend this property!

A Great kitchenette

The tap water tasted really good. Usually we end up buying bottled water, but not at this hotel. Our suite was stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware that was easily washed in the mini dishwasher.

Be mindful of noise levels

This is a really great hotel. It felt nice to be there and the staff was very friendly. It's also within walking distance to many great places in Cincinnati. One thing to be noted: there's a fair amount of road noise. It seemed to die down around midnight or 1 am but starts up again fairly early. I was just surprised at the amount of really loud bikes and vehicles that went past.
