Couldn’t Sleep All Night

This hotel was very basic (no elevator), but clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable, and staff very friendly. The only bad thing (and it was terrible) were the cars doing burnouts all night long, right across the street. Ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, with lights flashing. The staff’s response? “Yeah, that’s just Clarksville. Next time request a room on the backside of the hotel.” My opinion? Only one side of this hotel should be rented.

First night was quiet and relaxing. Came back to room for the second night and remote control for the tv had been made in the bed and bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. The room had been vacuumed and the trash had been taken away. When I went to extend my stay for another night even though I had paid for the extended stay on website the hotel charged my card for the stay took a week to get my money put back on my card.

Our bedding was not fresh linen. We walked in our room and the room had a weird smell to it. We just went on and got in bed because we had a long day of traveling. Once we got out of bed on the morning we all smelled really weird………. Then it hit us!!!!!! Under the sheet and comforter it smelled like sweat and really bad body odor. Whoever made up the room never changed out the bedding and we now smelled like bad body odor!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!! IT HAD GOOD REVIEWS THATS WHY WE STAYED THERE. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE MAID FIRED!!!!

Everything was great about the property except for how I felt once I was there. I definitely feel uncomfortable with whoever checked me in. It's just how he said what he was saying and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Now this may be policy, but I've never heard of this so I had extra people at my home and I decided that I would just get a room for the night now when you check in it just tells you it said like to guess I'm like OK that's fine. I guess that's what it was when I went to the website once I got there he immediately said you got two and your local. I need to see everybody's ID my guess wasn't even with me for one and for two what does it make or not? When the guy in front of me he didn't ask anything too did not ask him a question. He wanted to see my vehicle and wanted to know my tag number and all of this, but I didn't see the guy in front of me fill that paperwork out and it didn't sit well with me so I stayed for a few hours and I left because I wasn't gonna deal with someone who was going to knock on my door or try to bother me throughout the night and I just was not going to do that . And I feel like if you do have a policy, it should be the way you make people feel when you say it or to me the policy should apply to everyone because I'm local and I have extra people in my home. I have to show everybody ID who's with me that is the craziest thing I have ever heard I paid for it. I paid for it with my card. I didn't pay cash. You have my ID
