The staff were amazing. It was really busy with customer's, at one point and the staff were able to accommodate my needs and still cater to all guest requests. I'm looking to book with them again soon.

I did send a note to the Hotel immediately after booking and also did multiple follow ups but didn’t get a reply. I was requesting an early check in as I was coming back from a cruise. They obviously said it’s not possible and so I planned something else. Also when I came at around 5 PM, I was told only available room is on second floor. Room was cleanup up but had a weird smell and on requesting a change, I was given a room on 1st floor. The front desk lady had a lot of attitude and her way of taking wasn’t the most pleasant one. I understand there are a lot of guests who come to this motel but staff needs to be trained to be more polite and courteous.

My room smelled and was humid, my towels wouldn’t dry, the pull nob to transition from bath to shower only half redirected the water making horrible water pressure, there’s no elevator for your bags, and the breakfast was gross

Good overall stay, they let us check-in super early because we got off the ship and didn't have anywhere else to go. Its a motel with the doors on the outside not a hotel but otherwise everything was great.

This is more of a motel, not hotel. Our room was not very clean. The tub had mold and stains. The curtains had stains as well. The breakfast area's trash was overflowing. The best thing about the place was the front desk clerk who was very friendly and helpful.
