Very good staff! Is the best asset of the hotel. Hotel itself and rooms a bit outdated. My executive Room lacked atmosphere and bathroom a bit small. But overall positive enough impression. Good breakfast. Location very good , within walking distance from Central Railway station and the Cathedral.

On the up side I had no problem with any of the staff. Indeed, some of them were excellent. The restaurant was also good. Some processes were a little slow, e.g. check-in, but I'm not sure how much of that was down to Marriott and how much was down to how people ahead of us in the queue had booked....

Great Hotel Stay

Everything was great with this Hotel. Close to Railway Station, Main Cathedral, Old Town and River. Room was excellent with all we needed. Could not fault it even though we don’t particularly like the shower over the bath. outstanding breakfast buffet.Very friendly and accommodating staff.Se really enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend.

Am I in Germany?

Funny being in an American themed hotel in Germany. But the rooms and service certainly met our American expectations. After a day of drinking tasty beer, it was nice to tuck into a bourbon nightcap in their bourbon bar.
