Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at as you walk through the door! The "Big House" at the Cheyenne Bungalows, built in 1909, was renovated in 2019. This beautiful and spacious home has everything you need to feel relaxed and comfortable. This spacious home has two stories. Upon entering, the living room will be on your left. It includes plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy a movie or sit and catch up with friends and family. The large bay window is perfect for enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard and daily wildlife visits! The living room opens up into the dining room with seating for 8. To the right of the entrance is the Queen Bedroom which includes a small closet, dresser, and a lovely view of the front yards. Walk straight ahead into the kitchen and family room area. The family room includes a gas fireplace, dining area, and comfortable couch with queen-sized pull-out bed. From the family room, you can access the laundry room with complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets, or walk out onto the side deck with seating for 4! It is the perfect place to sit and watch your pup play in the yard or your children swing on the tire swing! Please note the yard is not fully fenced but does include a safe dog run. The kitchen has a brand new stovetop, microwave, and oven and it is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and spices you may need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea!
Walk upstairs to find the King Master Suite and bath to the left of the stairs. The King Master Suite includes a large closet and a dresser for storing your items, a private 3/4 bathroom as well as your own private coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea. To the right of the stairs, you will enter the King Bedroom. This bright room has views of the property below, a large closet, and a dresser. Also at the top of the stairs to the right is the Queen Bedroom with great views of the mountains. It has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a desk area perfect for those who may need to work remotely!
