Need better shower pressure

We had an excellent day. Everything was perfect except for the water pressure in the shower in the morning. So I gave it four out of five stars.

There was some sort of renovation going on in one of the rooms on the second floor, causing an extremely strong order of chemicals causing my wife and I to be dizzy and nauseous why those kinda chemical chemicals were being used inside around guest is beyond comprehension

They were renovating on 3rd floor and sprayed massive amounts of spray paint with no warning or regard to guests or staff. Entire floor was awful. Then when I requested to move floors, no apology, no credits, no response from email to manager. Ridiculous!

One night stay while passing through. Location seemed safe and close to Costco and Von Maur (bonus!). Staff was terrific. Friendly and accommodating. Bed and pillows were great. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Food was ok. No plastic bags in any of the in room trash cans. Weird. Will stay here again.

I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what I was looking for. Everything worked smoothly, and I had no issues at all. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room listing said the room would have a bathtub and the initial room did not. Photos did not align with reality. During initial conversation with hotel staff, the push was to pay an addtional $120 to upgrade to a room with a tub, and that the listing flaw was Expedia's fault and not theirs. After some push back and forth, they did move us to another room at no extra charge, which is good. Would have been better if listings were accurate or if staff resolved the issue immediately without needing to spend time fighting them on it.

Poorly run facility, no hot water, elevator broken, hot tub not functioning properly, ice machine out of service. Room doors taped off for fumigation resembling a crime scene. Definitely not trusting this brand again and recommend others follow suit. Zero effort by facility management to rectify situation.

Garbage under bed, drawer in nightstand would not stay closed, AC either on or off, door scratched, mirror not hung on wall, hallway had a smell, etc Despite the looks of the lobby and online pictures, the above problems. Very nice staff though. Room was very spacious. Will look for other places to stay in the future.
