Cleanliness is Important

Check in was a circus even though it was midnight. Continuous calls from an employee trying to arrange a ride were more important than checking in guests. Room was filthy. Pizza boxes on the floor by the trash can, splash zone on the side of the fridge, mystery pillow and towels tucked behind the chair and dirty sheets, complete with long hairs. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep for a few hours but no such luck.

Just shocked at the disgusting and gross condition of this place. Front desk was very friendly and I chose not to ruin their day by listing the hundreds of reasons why we checked out after one night and booked a different hotel. Blood on the shower curtain, rust and jagged towel bars, mold everywhere, bugs everywhere and a bathtub that looks like it’s from the era of the dawn of the dead. Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, drapes were dirty and had hair all over them. Absolutely the worst hotel ever. The new hotel we booked was amazing in comparison. Run from this hell hole as fast as you can.

I had to get 3 different rooms. Bathroom dirty toilet and tub, fingernails on floor , hair in the bed. The second room had BED BUGS !!! & the bathroom ceilings was falling to the floor. The 3rd room my last night was the only one that was alright.

Booked a 4 night stay for work. Didn't get the job cause it was given to someone else and had to leave after one night and never received any type of refund. They have bed bugs and roaches. Stay away from this nasty place.

You can tell this hotel used to be really nice. Now it’s run down and kinda creepy. No breakfast, staff was a bit rude to my friend. No hot tub. Lots of weird smells. It’s like almost abandoned. But no bugs so that’s a plus!

Thought the pool water was waaayyy to cold, for anyone to enjoy, it's the BED AND DISH CONNECTION, was not.good, 😒 the mattress? Worn out,! COLD

Room was so cold when I got there that I had to stay in my coat! You shouldn't ever turn the heat completely off in the winter! Front desk staff was friendly. Nearly missed my flight because my wake up call didn't "take" in the system. Driver is available from 0400-2400. The friendly driver is in fact an employee not Uber.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty. The bathtub bottom surface was stained with some dark material. The top surface had an odd pink stain and was surrounded by mold-infested globs of caulk. The bathtub drain was partially covered with some kind of tub repair material. The sink leaked. The toilet had residue from a dirty wet cloth all over the seat and lid. There were cigarette burns along the sink edge.
