We booked a king suite and receive a queen suite. When we asked for the room we booked we were told that they did not have any king suites available. First room had a big red spot on the carpet and the fridge was dirty. Second room(still a queen) was not much better. We will never stay her again. Trash overflowing right outside the main entrance, and kids were allowed at happy hour. Embassy Suite are no longer with the cost. Very disappointed!

Unsafe and Poorly managed

While it is a nice property, we had a terrible experience. All elevators were stuck around 9 pm and our room was on the 6th floor with a newborn, 6 yo and 9 yo. No bedding for pull out couch, and worst of all, an employee came into our room at 1:30 in the morning. He claimed he was checking on behalf of another person, who said it was his room; and then we hear the excuse bc we used hotels.com to book, it wasnt marked as a booked room. Thank God my husband was sleeping on in the living room and was able to get the man out. Imagine if it was just my kids on the pull out sofa and he came in the room. It was also very loud and hectic in the lobby and pool. No parents around. The pool has a werido film on it and the doors were propped open to the parking lot , so I don't even know if those swimming where hotel guests. We will not ever stay again.
