I’m not sure if this is one of those places that treats Expedia customers differently but our room seemed run down and off the beaten path. The floor of the shower was yellow and meant to be white, which I found very off putting especially for the cost and comparing it to the other hotels we stayed in for a similar price during our trip. Trying to find our room coming off the elevator was confusing as there were several directional signs but nothing that included our room number. In the room there was a coffee set up but no kettle. If you washed tea you needed to get it through the Nespresso machine and it came out yellow with old coffee grounds included. The parking under the hotel was convenient but be warned that it is a one lane enter/exit and no way of telling if someone is coming up or going down until you are on the ramp. The location is very convenient as it is right next to the Merchant/English Market area so lots of restaurants nearby. However I would not return because the room condition did not seem worth the price when there are other options.

Room was lovely, except for the noise from the street was constant, keeping windows and curtains closed helped muffle the sound. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was tasty. Parking was plentiful and the discount was great. The Pool was not child friendly. Main pool was for people doing laps, the hot tub was not very hot and we were told my teen was not allowed in it. There was a small wading pool suitable for toddlers.
