The Suite we had overlooked the river, and was absolutely beautiful! The Staff were lovely and so very helpful in recommending their favorite places to eat, to visit, etc.. Our Suite was large and beautifully furnished. The Clayton was close to so many wonderful things.

We checked in, and were told our room was in a different corridor. We were supposed to have a king room, but were given a dirty apartment with no sheets (didn’t notice until it was bedtime), pillows, AC. When we spoke with the staff, they lied to us about everything. I even asked for more pillows, the clerk said they’d be sent up. Never happened. Terrible customer service on their end. If I wanted a dirty air BNB, I would have booked one.

Great location. Lovely fit out throughout. Room spotless and sensitively serviced. Didn’t use facilities but bar seemed cosy and menu decent value. Reception staff were lovely. Room was massive! Only very minor complaints - shower pressure not great, fridge didn’t work annd anurcon a little old style controls but worked. softer pillows would have been lovely.

Excellent large room and bathroom, large restaurant and bar (stops serving food at 9 though).... parking next door with an interior link (12 euros a night etc)... property as at the edge of the nightlife and shopping 10-15 minute walk, but clearly an up and coming area - Cork was happening too... A very clean, modern spacious property... We also had the buffet breakfast.. good selection, and finally some fruit!

Cork review

Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was amazing, best shower! Windows opened. Breakfast was not included, we ate elsewhere. The parking and trying to get there and trying to figure it out was a nightmare. It is downtown, by the river, and traffic was horrible. We found a car park on Google maps, just by chance it was the hotels car park, they stamped your ticket and it was $12 a day. I guess I assumed Cork was a smaller town, not knowing the area.
