Great place to stay relax and upgrade from other budget accommodation. Excellent customer service for 4 days, enjoyed all facilities including a massage, dining and bike rental. Buffet breakfast was good and overall food was good. Would stay again anytime and feel the hotel is excellent value compared to El Nido! Excellent experience through shuttle to and from airport to hotel!!

The property and staff were great. Just need a tricycle to really do anything outside the resort. Not easily walkable for older guests.

Coron Westown

Nice hotel but food is not great and mediocre. Kitchen does not have consistency. Food tastes like they took frozen food and warmed it in microwave. They do t provide free breakfast, you have to pay $8 for buffet and buffet looks more like lunch or dinner rather then breakfast. They do have good swimming pools and AC in rooms.

When we arrived at the property, they informed us they accidentally overbooked. So they transferred us to another hotel for the night. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. We went out early morning for a day tour and they told us they would transfer our luggages to our room at Westown. They did just that. Everything was great. No complaints from me. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would def come back.

Everyone is friendly and courteous. The food in the restaurant and bar taste really good. Minor issue in the bathroom where shower door is not closing properly and faucet was loose. Overall I recommend the place since it’s pretty quiet and go for Massage to relax And followed by late dinner to listen to live music.

The other pool on the far end wasn’t available during our stay but other than that, the hotel was well kept. They offer delicious and affordable meals at the hotel restaurant, souvenir shop and massage at the spa (although the spa room could use more maintenance with better sheets). The front desk service needs improvement. I had to call multiple times to get a toilet paper delivered in the room and it took them more than half an hour.

Amazing place to stay! A bit far from the downtown. If you want a quiet place to stay, i recommend westown coron. Staff are very accommodating, food and service is good.

Only stayed there for two nights. As we arrived, we were told that we are not getting the room that we booked due to a glitch in the system. My partner and I were put in a family room that smelled a little musky and the AC was leaking creating a puddle in the room. Situation was fixed and was transferred to a better room on our last day which is ok but very inconvenient for people who are only staying for a short amount of time that wants to relax and not have to pack and unpack multiple times. Other than that, staff were courteous and room service was fast.

The facility was nice but the staff seemed to have an attitude at the check in counter. My biggest complaint is the beakfast buffet. There are no restaurants nearby so the resort charges 500 pesos for the buffet which leaves a lot to be desired. The food was cold and tastless and there were very few options especially if you have gluten intolerance.
