This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Great pool area and has a resort feel to it. Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s a short walk to old town and they have bikes which we took to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

This old ol style hotel is modernised, has a lovely old style charm and ambience of a resort. Our room (king suite) overlooked the pool area.p and the interior had lovely floorboards. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Vietnam and even offered Vietnamese coffee where you could make your own iced coffee with condensed milk and ice supplied. A change not to see “Americano” coffee on offer which is substandard. I really enjoyed the banana crepes they made. The grounds are also lovely and the gift shop has a few things to offer. Being only a 5 minute walk to the ancient town made this an ideal location.

This hotel is a gem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is nice & enjoyed by many guests, Best buffet breakfast I experienced in Vietnam. Nice selection of food & chef to cook eggs to order. Can enjoy breakfast either inside restaurant, outside under cover or outside tables on grass. Extremely enjoyable.

This hotel combines the charm of the past with modern amenities. Our suite included a living room where we hosted the rest of the family for a glass of wine. Breakfast (you can take in the garden, if you wish) is excellent and the staff is very efficient and helpful. Superb pool. Hoi An is an amazing city. The ride on the river with lanterns is fun. My wife and my son had some handmade dresses andcostume, respectively.

Very well received and taken care of! I broke my ankle on site by accident and they were all very supportive and helpful! Provided me with a wheelchair, ice, towels, etc. They made sure I was ok and helped me get in the ambulance. I really am grateful to them!

A beautiful hotel in a highly convenient location within walking distances to the historic quarter. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is really pleasant and so is the pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable but I had issues with the bathroom. I think the hotel could benefit from an update in their bathrooms. The hand towel rail was installed in an awkward place and it had also fallen off within minutes of me using the wash basin. There was no shaving mirror even though I can see holes in the wall for it that has been filled in. One could have existed previously. The height and tilt of the shower cannot be adjusted and so water was spraying over my head to the back of the bath tub which then run down the side and flood the bathroom floor. I had to make several complaints to the reception before something was actually done. The maintenance man came and had the cheek to tell me that I have to hold the shower head to wash! Eventually, a gadget was installed on the shower head which enabled the tilt of the shower to be adjusted. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.
