Upon arrival I had to wait at the front desk until a clerk arrived 10 mins later to check in. Showering was an inconvenience, no water pressure and even found a roach in the bathroom. To our surprise there was a hole in the wall under the desk, and the ppl who roomed there were so noisy as well as provocatively dancing with music in the parking lot. After our short time lived at this hotel and quickly booking another I will not be giving my money to this facility again.

Don't waste your money pick a different place

Guy checking us in was a little rude but oh well then they gave us a room on the first floor and it smelt real weird like a floral must. The shower pressure sucks took like 5 minutes just to wash my hair. Not too sure of the other floors but on the first floor you can hear every little step and every little breath so we could barely sleep. Would never pick this place again. And not to mention the refundable deposit for the room was more than the actual room itself. The pool was dirty also :(

The pictures for this one are deceiving. There was stuff that looked like blood all over our couch. There were stains on the sheets. The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelt like a chain smokers house and to top it off there was roaches dead on the floor. Yes I took pictures. It was disgusting. We left immediately after checking in.

This hotel was subpar. A giant roach was in the hallway, I let the staff know and he didn’t seem to care. Needless to say, the roach remained in the hallway for 2 days. The maids even ignored it. I called front desk upon arriving in the room because towels were dirty with black and orange stains, bed frames coming apart, baseboards with dust and hair. It took 5 calls before front desk answered and I still couldn’t get clean towels. The towels I did receive were rough and needed replacing. The door hinges are rusty, shower head dirty, fire sprinkler rusty. Entire hotel needs a major renovation. My boyfriend picked the room, I wish I would’ve read reviews, lesson learned.

I chose this hotel because it had some good reviews, and it seemed appealing and in good shape in photos but after just a day there I came to the conclusion it’s the complete opposite. The front desk looks good but that’s it. I was there over a rainy weekend to find out water filtrates through the edges of the windows, a lot. Smells bad, towels are in filthy and deteriorating, staircase are sketchy, breakfast is bad. There were people smoking in the gym and staff seems to not care. I requested to leave the hotel a day earlier due to all the issues they had but they refused to reimburse me any of the upfront payments. If you can afford an extra $10-$20 a night please go for it. The bad experience here is not worth the troubles.

I did not stay at the LaQuinta Inn

I did not stay at the LaQuinta Inn. My family and I drove from Houston to Dallas for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Upon arrival the area and parking lot was not safe. I went to check in. The lobby was clean with a welcoming smell. I proceeded to check in. I received the room key for the room. The room was missing base boards, the base of the first bed was broken, the paint on the walls was chipped, the toilet seat appeared cracked and the Air Conditioning cover was broken. I went to the front desk and said the room is poor condition. Front desk had a house keeper come tour the room with me. Then I was offered a different room. The hallway smelled like there was sewer issues and the room was slightly better than the previous room. I went to front desk and explained that I can not stay here with my family. I requested a refund. I was told there's no refunds.

AC clanged louder than a lawnmower. Impossible to get much sleep. Extremely limited breakfast. Staff needs guidance on communicating with front desk guests as well as how to organize a clean & attractive breakfast area. Only one elevator worked and it was questionably sloooow! Grounds have litter all around. Men urinating on trees in middle of the day. Transient walking through at all hours! Pls, never send someone there again. Worst hotel I have ever been in! Quite disgusting!
