Hotel has great potential but property management is seriously lacking. Our room had no hot water and refrigerator was not functional. Common areas of property were not well kept and needed cleaning.

Stayed 2 nights here and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. With very comfortable beds and a small refrigerator in the room which is nice. My only complaint, is the shower. Tub-style with a half glass door. This may look nice but does not hold in heat during shower. I was uncomfortably cold and at same time water bounces off your body onto the floor. If the hotel would at least put up a shower curtain it would greatly improve the experience.

The Hotel Zero Degrees is a quaint boutique style hotel with a friendly professional staff. It’s clean, well decorated and inviting. Highly recommended.
