Highly recommend!!! Overall wonderful!

Front desk clerk, John Lewis, is a gem! He is extremely helpful, entertaining, accomodating and very friendly! Excellent breakfast, Clean room, nice roomy fitness area, laundry room clean and central location right near I-77 and I-70! Close proximity to University of Dayton and their baseball field and sports venues. Right between McD's and Wendy's. Lovely comfortable spacious lobby! Would highly recommend!!!

Went to breakfast at the hotel breakfast area at 9 am. We returned to our room to find the door ajar. Inside was a man who claimed be was there to make the bed. We told him we are checking out today . We asked what time was checkout. He replied he didn't know. We told him to leave and a little while later hear a knock on the door and two guys said they were there to make the bed again. We brought this incident to the hotel managers attention at checkout and she didn't think it was a big deal.S he told us the guy in our room was the cleaning guy. Offered IHG points for the issue. We declined. Bathroom had lots of ants on the floor as well.

The hotel was a good price and it was kept up nicely. The breakfast was great and the room was nice. Our room faced the highway and there was a lot of truck traffic so a little noisy. The people I. The floor above us sounded like 40 kids running around all evening. They were very loud. Too be fair I did not bring this to the hotel’s attention so it’s not really their fault.

I was really impressed at how nice it was. The room (suite) was really out together nice and clean. John at the front desk was really friendly and cool. Even the breakfast was a lot better than i expected. Would definitely stay here again in the future
