I booked a room here to stay for a night and had to switch rooms twice due to the rooms being dirty upon arrival. The first room had masses of hair in the bedsheets. When we asked to switch, the 2nd room they offered smelled as though they were trying to cover up a previous stays smoking with some sort of strong chemicals. The third room ended being OK. When we reached out to the hotel and expedia to refund for the experience, the hotel said they would, but then when expedia reached out for approval from the hotel, they denied it. Very frustrating experience overall.

Mediocre Hotel

The location was close to many options for dining out including costco. The room and mini kitchen was decent size. However the bed and pillows were not very comfortable and we were unable to get our room serviced despite multiple requests. Yes they serve breakfast but its very minimal and they dont keep it refreshed, we found at 9am and hour before it wraps up without many options..it was subpar, go with Holiday Express instead.

Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect, clean, spacey and quick check in. The topper for me was the water pressure in the shower. Lord have mercy I didn't want to get out the shower lol! This will be my go-to ALWAYS going forward when we come to Dayton! Thank you for showing us what a great stay looks like! Btw we slept so comfortably that we slept through breakfast! Maybe next time!

swimming pool

It would have received an excellent rating, but had 1 major flaw. the swimming pool is only about 78 degrees. The late afternoon desk clerk said that maintenance told her that it was set on 85 and was working correctly. False,, no warm water was coming out of jets the 3 times I checked it. the last time I stayed here, maintenance turned it up and it warmed up quickly.

Wonderful staff, busy the night we were there, but the walls were thick enough to not be able to hear the next room over. Clean and updated. Breakfast was the best I've had in a LONG time at a hotel.
