I have stayed at Perry's several times over the last few years for Bikeweek & Biketoberfest. I choose Perry's for the covered (Semi-Secured) Bike Parking and beautiful Oceanview & Sounds are amazing to wake up to. This recent stay my room (508) was placed next to the elevators - These elevators continuously ding ruining the ocean sound and making it difficult to sleep with the constant dinging. this was extremely frustrating after paying extra for the ocean front. Prices have gone up drastically compared to recent years for the same events. This recent stay was not worth the cost and makes me consider staying elsewhere when I return in October for Biketoberfest as there are many New options now available

Although we came on bike week it felt like we were outside with the bikers! The doors and windows need to be better insulated I could hear the people in the next room whole conversation. For 305 a night I expected more especially since it’s listed as a resort

The staff was amazing. Kelly was prompt to check us in and very informative on the property. She handled interruptions professionally. Although the hotel was older, the rooms were spotless and well maintained. I will stay here again and I highly recommend this facility.

This property is a complete fraud. Arrived at the property after an 8 hour drive from the snow to hopefully enjoy beautiful pools and grounds as advertised by the property. The pools were closed, the grounds were nothing but solid mud, infested with roaches so bad that when walking they would run across your feet. I asked for a refund when checking in because the property was nothing like advertised. I did not pay to look at mud and to have the pools closed. I asked for a manager and the girl at the front desk told me she didn’t want to bother him! He apparently wasn’t there and she did not want to call him. In my 25 years of traveling this is the absolute worst customer service and fraud of a property I have ever encountered. Not to mention the horrible smells of the room and the infestation of roaches.

The room was great, the view was excellent. Unfortunately, there are still areas under construction. The hottub could have been hotter, and 3 days in a row there were families with lots of kids who were jumping in the hottub, and the parents didn't say anything about it. Unfortunately, I don't even know whether they were the guests of the hotel. It will be nice to have bracelets for guests. The receptionists were always friendly and great. Overall impression, it is a great hotel for people who do not plan to spend time at the hotel during the day.
