Sweet experience

It was amazing! The front desk girl is the sweetest, I felt taken care of, she helped me. I left my iPhone cube at home and she brought me a cube to use, brought me water, talked to me like she cared, like she enjoyed working in hospitality (you can always tell if they’re genuine or fake). It had a very great vibe, and it’s super clean. Very impressed!

The room was comfortable and clean. We book the room specifically to have access to one of the 3 outdoor hot tubs. Unfortunately none of the tubs were up and running. That was a huge disappointment!

This was a property that got the job done, and had a very convenient location for the price. While we did not use it, we were informed that there is a hot tub just outside the first floor. Additionally, there was a nice little breakfast that was included. Would absolutely recommend this location.

Nice property. Friendly staff. Nice, clean rooms. The free breakfast is nothing to get excited about, but for cereal and toast it was ok. The eggs and biscuit gravy was not very good. They need to get the ice machines repaired. All were broken except the one behind the bar on the first floor. None of the vending machines had any soda or water but the staff was kind enough to sell us some from the bar.

The property is very old and run down. Our room was dirty. The bed sheets had been colored on with a marker. Our hand towels had lipstick on them. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was a used tooth flosser on the heater. The very old window ac unit had toilet paper rolled up and stuck in spots to reduce a rattle noise.l and the dust on the vents was very thick.

We were totally disgusted with this property! Our family was was so very dirty had to call for sheets because they were never changed had to have them vacuum the dirty carpets. The air conditioner never worked, 89 degrees in there. The ceiling tiles were falling down in the whole room. Dirty towel left hanging in shower. Looked like urine around toilet. No, it was disgusting. Finally they moved us to a double Queen room. So smaller but no refund. The breakfast was not great. Some gravy with biscuits eggs. Barely any bread. No fruit. And then waffles. I don’t know how the reviews were good on Expedia the property was bad. I have pictures! The front people were nice but the place was bad. Hate to give bad reviews but it was warranted! I wouldn’t give this place a second chance. Yes, our new room was cleaner, but tub was dirty and had something around inside of tub. Need to clean!!!

service wasn’t bad, but was not clean at all. pretty sure there was poop on the wall in the bathroom, you could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed it a while, and the shower wasn’t freshly cleaned. you get what you pay for i guess. but the staff was nice!

Food left in the refrig from previous occupants including in the 'freezer'. The safety latch on the door was partially dislodged from the door. No washcloths or kleenex, advertised a bar and a 'restaurant' but it was not a real bar and restaurant. Breakfast was awful.

Buyer Beware

Upon our check in we were given the key and no information about getting the room cleaned or the amenities of the property. After two nights of not getting our room cleaned, I spoke to a person in the hotel and asked if they would clean the room. I was told they would. When we returned to the room, it was not cleaned!! I had to throw the dirty towels and trash out the door of the room to finally get the attention of the staff to clean the room on the third night of a five-night stay. We then returned to find that they made the bed and added a couple of towels, but that was it. No coffee or refills on bathroom amenities. We decided to check out early and only stayed 4 of the 5 nights booked. When the front desk inquired as to why we were leaving early, I explained. Their response was sorry, but they still charged for the fifth night. In addition, they show a picture of the spa with sparkling clean water. This is not the case. Two of the spas were not operating and the third one, the water was disgusting and would not get near it!! It is obvious that the owners of this property do not care about any upkeep and are running it to the ground. Beware.
