For a place with no other options, this hotel had everything we needed. We especially loved the AA woman in the dining area. She took wonderful care of us. The location was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space.

Property has not been updated in several years, and had a very musty smell. We went to the staff 3 times to get the room key correct to open the door. Dining room out of multiple items on menu and the breakfast Buffet was terrible. The air conditioner in our room was very loud but did keep the room comfortable. For the nightly rate it fell below my expectations.

Overall, the property is clean and convenient. The only reason I rated the service low is that we arrived a day late due to an accident on the road that left us stranded overnight. Despite discussing the situation with the front desk staff, they did not approve the refund, even though I was told there would not be a problem given the unforeseen circumstances.
