Great service, clean, terrible pillows and bed

Service was amazing (thanks all and including Nathan the valet). Warm, friendly, speedy, responsive. Spotlessly clean, there is a gym, ample places to work, big rooms with kitchens including a stove and refrigerator and dishes!! 5 for service. 6 or 7 for service! Maybe a 2 for the bed and the pillows. Omg the agony. The staff was so kind and brought me more. But this hotel concept obviously developed its purchasing when it was en vogue to provide flat down pillows. And say you had down pillows. Agony. A g o n y. And there were also lumpy, broken cheap pillows in ample supply. But this hotel missed the memo on medium firm beds and decent pillows. Agony. Laid towels on the floor to try to just stretch in the morning before going to work in pain. Rooms are spotless and nice, but you are still reminded of them being in the era of tiny windows that don’t open. Kinda dark for the price. But if my pillow and bed weren’t agony inducing, I probably wouldn’t have noticed as much. Costly for the meh location, but inches from the conference center if that is what brings you.

We had 2 rooms for this visit The first room was missing a cupboard door. The second room stunk from the first time we opened the door and the bathroom sink dripped the entire time we were there. The bathroom downstairs by the pool was dirty and missing soap. The bathroom on the main floor by the elevators was missing part of the ceiling tiles. The breakfast staff were amazing super friendly and very attentive to everyones needs. The valet was great. Very friendly.

Not enough front desk staff! Out of a bank of 7 elevators only 2 were operating. I went to the front desk and they did get only 1 more operating!!! The hotel was very busy and the wait for elevators was so ridiculous!! The room was very nice and the breakfast was good.
